She just didn't itch as much. In doing gaps, I started actually allowing her a small amount each day, not overdoing it, but starting somewhere. It was too restrictive otherwise, I felt. The first time she had soup with cumin, she could not stop talking about how good it tasted! And she did flare up a bit, but I was ready to move away from where we were, restricting everything, even with some flare-ups. I'm pretty sure she had bad Candida, and that was/is causing most of her problems, and what improved the most on gaps. Audrey still has occasional flareups of red splotches on her face, but they are rare. She can tolerate small amounts of tomato now, which is huge for her. She itches when she gets anxious or upset now, so her eczema is still healing, but I think we're on the right track. Broth was a big help. And for 30 months now, I have not eaten any 'outside' food. I have been cooking and baking and making all of my food from scratch. Bread, cookies, cake, even dumpling skins and pastries. Anything which has additives, flavourings, colourings, preservatives, chemicals, MSG will trigger another attack.

Allow me to share my story:

http://therighttobealive.blogspot.com/2011/09/day-i-met-death.htmlEvelyn Chuahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07826025577231168295noreply@blogger.com
