We started the GAPS diet on Feb 20, 2011. This is our story, with none of the gory details left out. I want our journey to help as many people as it can, and I am excited to see what the future holds.

An Announcement
We found out this week that we are expecting baby #4!
We are happy, excited, overwhelmed, terrified, etc. This is a bit sooner than we expected, but God has a plan that's always better than ours. :)
