We started the GAPS diet on Feb 20, 2011. This is our story, with none of the gory details left out. I want our journey to help as many people as it can, and I am excited to see what the future holds.

Almond Butter Fudge
This is a favorite snack around here these days. We make it with almond butter, virgin coconut oil, and a bit more celtic sea salt than the recipe calls for. It is just a bit sweet, a bit salty, and very satisfying!
