We started the GAPS diet on Feb 20, 2011. This is our story, with none of the gory details left out. I want our journey to help as many people as it can, and I am excited to see what the future holds.
I think we should officially name this 'GAPS Kitchen Syndrome.' That way we know it's often a part of the program, everyone else experiences it too, and we don't feel so bad about it when it happens. ;)
