We started the GAPS diet on Feb 20, 2011. This is our story, with none of the gory details left out. I want our journey to help as many people as it can, and I am excited to see what the future holds.

amazingly perceptive...
Hannah: my tummy is going to be very angry if I don't give it normal food. It does not like soup. It wants normal food RIGHT NOW!
This far I am able to view all of this with a mixture of empathy and amusement. We're on the right track!
Oh that is funny!! poor baby!! I can see my 6 year old saying something similar to me soon!!
