We started the GAPS diet on Feb 20, 2011. This is our story, with none of the gory details left out. I want our journey to help as many people as it can, and I am excited to see what the future holds.

Seriously.
My intestines feel raw tonight, right where they have been in the habit of hurting. This is oddly exciting to me. I'm on the right track. :)
